Color Cover Achieved!

Hello Lock and Key Backers,

You've done it again! We've hit another stretch goal, this time for a color cover, which means I'll be commissioning a new image to use for the final PDF product. Our next stretch goal is to produce a version of the book for Savage Worlds, which we'll do once we reach $800. The funding pace has definitely slowed down at this point, so it will probably take a few days, but I think it's only a matter of time before we reach that goal.

Pathfinder 2e Unlocked!
about 3 years ago – Thu, Mar 18, 2021 at 06:28:14 PM

Hello Lock and Key Backers,

The second day of our campaign continues to be a great day for Lock and Key. We've smashed through our first stretch goal. Now in addition to the 5e version, we'll also produce a Pathfinder 2e version of Lock and Key. Everybody who backs at the $5 dollar or higher level will automatically get both versions of the book, plus there's a new $3 pledge level for those who only want the PF2 version.

We're well on our way to the next stretch goal to get a color cover for Lock and Key, which we'll do when we hit $600. We're close enough that we might hit the goal tomorrow, but we're also at the point where the pace will slow down, so it might take a few more days.

The most exciting thing is that we're on track to hit was is—for now—our final stretch goal, a second mini-book called How About a Nice Piece of Rope? My ballpark estimate for how Kickstarter campaigns final funding is to triple how they do in the first three days. Of course every campaign is different and goals aren't funded until they actually fund, but even if we get a little less than triple what we have now, we'll be in good shape.

Thanks all,

Matthew

Goal!

Congratulations everybody! We did it! We've funded Lock and Key and done it in just over 16 hours!

Not only does this ensure that Lock and Key will be a reality, but since we did it so fast, we're in really good shape to hit our stretch goals. As I write, we're just $90 dollars away from adding a conversion to Pathfinder 2nd edition, and after that we'll start reaching for a color cover.

Thank you all for your support. I will keep in touch as the campaign continues.
